Neither the domain registrar nor a legitimate paid host will have anything to do with your business dealings. ∠°)

The problem probably won’t be getting a domain name. Domain names are just addresses, really–you buy one and it’s yours until you sell, give away, or lose it. The thing that eats up money for hosting a website is the actual hosting.
Websites live on computers called servers, which companies like GoDaddy hook up to the Internet. Your website’s contents are saved on the server. When someone goes to your site (let’s say CrazyEvilHamsterMonkeys.com), your computer sends a request to the server for the files that form CrazyEvilHamsterMonkeys.com. The server will then send those files to the visitor’s computer, and they can view the website.
Each time this happens, it uses what’s called “bandwidth,” and you’re only given a certain amount of it. If you don’t have enough bandwidth, the company running your server will block access to your site.
More bandwidth costs more money, and that’s the expensive bit–the more people visit your site, and the more stuff there is on your site, the more expensive bandwidth will be.
Free hosting sites take 100% of the advertising money, and that’s how they pay for the bandwidth your site takes up. However, when you’re paying for hosting, they shouldn’t be taking any advertising money at all (because you’re already paying for the bandwidth).
Thus, making money off of the ads for a website becomes:
1. getting the right amount of bandwidth for your site–not too little (the site will go down) and not too much (a waste of money).
2. finding an ad system or arrangement that can cover more than the cost of bandwidth. This way, your site pays for itself (the cost of bandwidth) and also gives you more money, which is your profit.
When you’re looking at the different options for hosting the site, check to make sure they have “No Ads” listed. That means that the hosting site doesn’t advertise on your page, and thus doesn’t get a cut of your advertising. They might not put ads in, but you can.
Does that help?

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: http://www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.
You can reach reviews about this web hosting provider and its latest DISCOUNT COUPONS at:

They also offer “Free Site Builder” that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get). You can use this service optionally. You can also create the pages offline with your favorite program (DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, iWeb etc.), and then upload them to your web host. This is another easy way to get your website online.
