This purely a guess on my part and please don’t take offense:

Is the address to which you want to send the email correct? Case in point……I wanted to send an email (1st one to this addr) to a cousin in Canada. I typed in the address and sent it off. It came back. I ^%$#@’ed a little and re-typed in the address. it came back a second time. After more &^%$#-ing, I discovered i sent it to “ddc.net” instead of “dcc.net!” I find that whenever an email of mine is rejected back to me, it is because something in the email address is wrong. Other than that maybe the address is no longer valid, they changed it & got a new one & haven’t let you know yet? That’s about all I can come up with was from personal experience. I am sorry if this does not help you.
