   Try this site that gets you to answer some surveys and you earn points and you can then use those points to buy your hosting package http://www.yourname.com – the only setback is that the surveys are for certain regions, but this is the best site I have seen so far. Be careful when using your email address – don’t use your primary email address, they promise no spam but you can never be too careful.

   You can get the Free Site In Google…It is the Best Place or in Yahoo.com..I searched for Host my website at Free Host and Registering the Domain Name at low cost…I got the site named as
   http://www.thewebpole.com/ in the site i registered the Domain name with .com & .org extension…they Provided Free Web Hosting and many Free services for each Domain name…So that i did all….
